broadband issue

So I have a problem with my broadband where I can use it for browsing and a lot off other stuff but it won't connect to multiplayer Ive disabled the broadband shield Ive tried port forwarding ive tried VPN nothing is working any help?

@K51 if the hub is allowing other traffic and a VPN isnt working it implies an issue with the device set-up or your account - what game or platform are you trying to connect to and what error message are you getting?
