broadband changeover

We are switching to sky broadband due to start on the 31st December, our final payment to BT is the 23rd, will our broadband continue until our new broadband starts?

If you are using the switching service then it should do:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/switching-broadband-provider-switch-to-sky

 

And most of the time, your current service will be automatically cancelled on your Sky activation date.

 

If your cancellation date is different to your Sky activation date, get in touch with your current provider to check the dates.

Tip: To avoid any days without broadband, tell your current provider your Sky activation date so they can cancel as close to that as possible
