**bleep** tech fault

I pay over £200 pounds a month sort this out or I leave

A couple of things to point out…

We are fellow customers and you're not talking to Sky

 

£200 a month for Broadband and Sky Talk is extremely high so seems likely a discount has expired and you're paying full price.

@Paulabsolom What exactly is the issue? It is impossible for anyone here to offer advice without knowing what's wrong and it would be the same for customer support.
