**bleep**e services from sky

I have been with since 14th /08/2025 since the 15th has major issues with drpped connections or intermittent  connection issues so gus its time to leave and broadband else where tried India customer services are worst I have ever heard no.much English and very ignorant and transfer to cancellations  when you asked then broadband technical waste of Skype money and training useless

@Antony28 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum which is primarily customer to customer channel. If you feel strongly you can formally compkain see How to make a Sky complaint | Sky Help | Sky.com

 

You arexstill within Sky's 31 day cooling off period so can cancel without issue if you prefer.
