My WiFi is horrific ! All the test say it's fine ! It's not my laptop nor phone will connect ! I have paid almost £300 this month for a service which does not work

@Kathrynedwards Do either of your devices show any error messages when trying to connect? Or are they not seeing the Sky network?

On another note what broadband service do you have as none that Sky supply would cost anywhere near £300 a month.
