@polomint assuming you are conecting the new hub correctly and you have allowed time for it to reboot and connect which takes up to 5 minutes tgen it sounds to be a faulty unit if so call Sky and report the issue to them.

Thanks for your reply Chrisee, I persevered, tried to day disconnected everything installed it with power and Internet only,them added the signal boosters and pucks.Works now found out leave anything to do with sky alone. Thanks
