asus RT-AX58U speed drop ?

Hi all

 noticed end of january the 900 speed dropped to around 500 (i can see by home assistant loggging ) decided to ring sky as its not going back up. internet has been fine but thought well i paying for 900 (which i was getting fine untill end of jan .

 spoke with one of the guys on the phone he says its the asus router. is that possible as its FTTP 900 ?

dont see why things would change my end. but he said the only way to go futher would be put the rubbish sky hub back on

any thoughts ?

The agent is correct, Sky will only assist in troubleshooting when your Sky hub is back in place as it sends them telemetry.
