actual and guaranteed speed
According to Sky speed check it shows 57.7 mbs and says it's good but the guaranteed speed minimum is 62 mbs for superfast broadband am I due a refund and should I go back to normal broadband ? What's the best way forward. I've tried phoning them but it takes me round in circles.

50 - 60 Mbs suggests FTTC, which is very much 'normal' broadband these days.
Anything pre-dating 'Superfast' (i.e. ADSL) is obsolete.
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2
