Zzoomm are an alt net using their own fibre lines. If you were to switch to Sky from Zzoomm Sky would need to arrange for Openreach to attend your property to install Openreach fibre cabling (if you havent had this done before and FTTP is available at your address). You would also need to cancel Zzoomm yourself since they are not part of the one touch switch system.

Re: Zzoomm

Thanks very much for the swift reply.

I was with sky prior to zzoom. Only on a conventional bt line from the pole which I think is dead now so I'm guessing I would need a visit.

Don't really want to mive if I'm honest but its all about the money as the lady sang.

One thing I would say then is be sure you want to take the hit. Moving from a fibre line back to copper can be a bit of a shock and you may find your usage has now outgrown what copper can provide.

Re: Zzoomm

Thanks for the info.

Always found the speeds ok ish on sky. As a senior citizen I'm not using a great deal of oomph.(in any respect😀) I'm not an expert but the zzoomm router is poor.
