Help please, my emails on my iPhone won't load due to internet settings and I get this error 

 

also using safari , most websites won't load so I am continually disabling wifi and using mobile data to load webpages

does anyone know how I can change sky network settings so it stops blocking sites and email content pls?

i am not tech savvy so need clear instructions!
