Cant Access my Router

I am using Microsft Edge fully updated and entering 198.168.0.1 in the search bar and im gettig the following, any help please?

Tunnel connection failed implies to me the secure 'tunnel' created with an https connection is being attempted. Looks to me like your are trying to connect to https:// or something is being too clever for its own good?
