Your broadband doesn’t work

Time and time again, I keep having failures in your broadband and I don't want to have to create an account to log in to a community to try and fix it!!

This is my issue. I shouldn't be referred to a community if their products are rubbish. Zero customer service and as a result I've had no broadband for about a week. The only solution to this below par online service is to call them

@Clairevulcan2 Thats about the sum off it, and choice if you had one was to speak to an agent. But you want the help off sky then you do need to hang in there to speak with them!

I have tried, at every opportunity but they're always closed and I keep getting referred to this community. Which at first I didn't comment because I thought, surely they can deal with the issue online, obviously not
