No wifi
I've had no internet since the beginning of July. An engineer was booked last week to come fix an issues outside the home. This was apparently resolved but I still have no access to the internet. Everytime I go to connect it says the connection has dropped. I have followed the steps to fix it several times but it is still not working.

Re: No wifi
@Lilyrosanna Did any off your devices auto connect when the service was fixed? They should have all been fine once the broadband was restored as a service. What hub do you have and what lights are on!
This link providers information about the coloured lights on the various hubs

Re: No wifi
No the internet still didn't work. When I tried to connect my phone, it would connect but then a pair would appear saying the connection has dropped. I have a broadband hub and all of the lights are on except for the internet light.

Re: No wifi
@Lilyrosanna With no internet light then it will never connect, run the service checker and or the diagnostic checkers below from a mobile data connection.
If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
This should determine if there's an identified fault affecting multiple households.
If there aren't any then try running the line test here
Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:

Re: No wifi
I have already used the service checker which first raised an issue outside of the home. I then booked an engineer who apparently came to fix this. When I use the service checker now it says that everything is working fine and there are no issues identified yet I still have no internet.
