Hello,
I have just stopped a change of service provider from BT to you, you requested that you assume my service from BT without my consent. I am guessing you will provide this but I can evidence it, why??

You aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services here. This is primarily a customer helps customer forum. Sky won't contact you on the back of a forum post.
I suppose it's possible another customer has inserted their address incorrectly.
