Yet again no broadband and no follow up from Sky!

One year on and we are still randomly looking at a blank screen. Service checker says no ISS use in our area, open reach say no problem, Sky have been here probably 8-12 times in the last year, yet it still doesn't work. Escalate to someone who has the power to do something for us who are still paying 180 quid a month to you and not getting service,

@CarrK you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. Best advice is to raise a complaint see How to make a Sky complaint | Sky Help | Sky.com

 

Some faults can be very hard to pin down especially if they are intermittent given the amount of dngineer visits you have had it must be pretty obscure if tgey have not found the cause. Escalation is not necessarily going to sort the problem you may be better switching service provider but beware of anyone using the same line as the issue can move with you. Sky are likely to release you from contract if you do complain.
