Good evening I spoke to Stephen this evening he was very helpful with what he could do, he directed me to now tv as its a now tv boardband but with sky, but I was waiting a hour and a bit for them to see they just hung up on me, I rang back to sky and told one of there colleagues to past the message on but unfortunately he said its not his job to do that if you could pass on a message saying there was no progress that would be great
