Actually it's and Xbox and an Nintendo Switch. Son brings him home with him for the holiday. He's done it previously with no problems. Neither will connect or stay connected to WiFi. Xbox also fails with Ethernet - same connection fine on an Apple TV. usually this stuff works without a problem. He also has Sky broadband at home. We have had problems (phones not connecting for example), but have gone through a router reboot with Sky. This problem continues.

This continued with more and more devices dropping the connection. Turns out it was the Ethernet connection for a power line adaptor in socket one. The router kept looking at this socket for the internet connection. After forcing it to use socket 4 (which has the fibre connection) it's fine. Hope this helps others.

What message do you see when you try to connect the devices?
