My Xbox says it's connected to the internet but it will not update at all. It says there are network issues.
My internet works fine with my my laptop / desktop and apps such as Netflix etc but refuses to work at all with the Xbox.
I got my wireless card replaced and have even bought a new Xbox but it's clear that the issue is with Sky. I can find people who have had the exact problem that I've had but no solution.
My router is about 10 years old and long past due for replacing but I've tried literally EVERYTHING else to get this to work from partial and full factory resets and disabling the Sky protection and I'm banging my head against the wall (and over £500 out of pocket).
Can anyone please help?
