XBox Will No Longer Connect
Have had Sky Broadband for four months now and had no trouble connecting our Xbox. Now it will no longer connect and is giving a message to make sure the router is not filtering out the relevant MAC address.
I have tried to go into the Hub settings but been unable to find any MAC filtering settings. In fact, I've seen information on the Internet which says Sky Hubs don't have this feature.
Can anyone advise? Preferably in language which is NOT technical!
