Wrong sky hub sent

Engineer came to install broadband and they told me that it's a wrong hub it's not for UK and it's for Ireland

@Wayne012 if the engineer is correct, which from experience is not a given, you will have to talk to Sky to get it swapped. Therefore I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted.
