Wrong password...but not

Hi Laptop connects to all wifi, but sky Keeps saying wrong password but phones and cameras etc all connected fine. Reset, turned off / on etc but will not except password...help please

@carlbunyan  Have you tried to forget the Wi-Fi network and re-starting the laptop and trying to re-connect to the network

Hi thanks for reply. Tried everything. Called sky , That helped, still no wifi  but could access router, changed settings for older devices and it worked.
