I've just ordered broadband, I put in my address and eircode in and got the delivery date ect.. but I've just got an email with confirmation and it's got my old address and phone number on it..
I've gone to track my order and my new address is showing up but I'm just worried that it will be sent to my old address as that's what's on the email confirmation

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.
