Wrong delivery address

Hi,

 

I've been signed up to Sky broadband through a third party company but they've put the wrong address on my account so my router thing is going to be delivered to the wrong address.

 

Please can you help with this issue as I can't change the address on my account until after the order has been delivered.

You'd be best contacting the company who put the order through originally, they can then follow up with Sky with the updated address
