Wrong address on my account new customer

I've recently joined sky tv and broadband. Activation was due yesterday, however we are not able to receive either. When I checked my account,  Sky have my neighbours address, not mine on my account, they are similar, next door being 63 and I am 63a. I think it is likely next door have been activated instead of my address. Very frustrating I am unable to speak to an advisor about this, starting to regret changing to sky

You will have to find a way to contact Sky about this as it will need investigaing. There are links to their socal media sites at the bottom of this page.
