Wrong address for the sky hub delivery

The sky box is getting delivered to our new house before we are actually living there. We move on the 27th November and it's arriving on the 25th, when no one is in the house.

@RivenJames  The hub will always be delivered to the service address, if you're not in  Royal Mail who normally deliver the hub will leave a card where you can arrange to pick it up from the local sorting office or arrange re-delivery.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
