WiFi not working but app says it is. Reyes to reconnect but not connecting.

@Sharonwright the service checker shows the result of a regular test so wontvshow the current position. The lights on your hub areca better guide see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start which will tell you what to do.
