I got in touch via Messaging and was asked to only return items requested. I am cancelling Tv and broadband and thus far only asked to return SkyQ Box though still in contract until 11 September. The broadband was not mentioned in the messages received, Sky confirmed though it in the process of being switched over, engineer for full fibre is coming on 21 August. The router though is the ER115 which I believe is pretty much obselete. However would Sky accept that for recycling?
