Issues with new package.

Recently upgraded to the Sky Gigafast, with my activation date meant to be the 7th of this month as advised by the advisor. I was on 150mb package prior and I'm getting slower speeds on gigafast. It says in the my sky app I'm getting 661mbs to the box but if I do a speed check I'm getting on average 51mbs on WiFi to my phone or laptop I'm getting about 48mbs and to my xbox I'm getting just under a 100mbps wired connection. I have 2 phones connected to wife, an Xbox which I use as my tv for watching tv and that's it. Laptop sits until we need it. We didn't recieve a new hub it's the same one as prior, never moved, no changed made to the position of it, but we are getting the same speeds as we were on 150mbs package. I tried talking to someone and they said wifi is capped at 100mbs on a samsung s24ultra and on laptops!! Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you
