Same, was fine until about 9.30am UK time, I've also ran the tests and it's telling me all is fine - it definately isn't fine. My WhatsApp keeps swirling saying 'connecting' and my work case management system won't loads documents or emails etc.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Selina4 if you have a sky domestic use only broadband connection , whilst you can still use it for work related purposes sky aren't liable when it comes to any form of losses
that would require a sky business account

I have the black router. I don't need a business account as in the office 3 days a week. It's been happening more frequently over the past few weeks and my bosses are getting angry at me 🤣
