Hi,
Really odd one and stumped our external IT team, but my work laptop has started to have issues using the Sky router, and our CRM system. It works perfectly when hotspotting from mobiles, but not on the Sky WiFi.
I can't get onto 192.168.0.1 either, again fine from mobile, home PC etc, only work laptop. It was fine for 16 months, it's a recent thing. There's been no updates afaik on the work side.
Logging into the router, there's no blocks / firewalls that I can see.
Trying to call through but contacting Sky by phone for anything but paying for something is like pulling teeth...

Fixed by a hard reset of the router, hold the reset button for 30s and set it all back to factory settings.
