Work VPN not connecting

Work's VPN stopped working yesterday whilst working from home.

 

Contacted IT department who said that quite few people had contacted them during the day who had Sky as a broadband provider and that the issue wasn't internally within the organisation that I work for.

 

Someone else in the household has also tried to log onto their work's VPN today with the same problem.

 

The internet and Wi-Fi is working.

I had a similar problem, I would check on your sky app because sky shield may be blocking it from connecting it. I fixed this issue by disabling sky shield all together.
