No internet

I have no internet. Checked the sky app and it says I have full internet and broadband no problems but I still have no internet

I am having the same problem intermittently. Goes off then comes back on around 20 minutes later. Happened around 6 times last night. It's getting infuriating that I pay handsomely for a service yet what is provided is below sub par!
