Work VPN not connecting

For two days now my work VPN will not connect via sky hub -  it odes connect ok via data SIM in laptop -   Work IT support say its a broadband provider issue -  WIFI ok for phones, sky glass etc -  no issues reported on system status on app.  Can someone please support
