The diy fix recommended for non sonicwall firewalls is to enable upnp . This will result in an autmatic opt out of map-t 8:1 ip address sharing and put you on a standard 1:1 . If you could try that first and get back if its still not working

Thanks for this. I have just tried it and it still doesn't allow me to connect to our work VPN.

Does anyone know if Sky is going to address this issue quickly, as it appears to be a widespread issue?

The current solution was identified by @cookiemonsteruk above. Given the situation is the result of a fundamental decision to modify the functionality of the core Sky network , that's probably not going to change

Hi @TimmyBGood and @cookiemonsteruk
I have changed my Sky Max Hub UPnP so that the Map-T sharing ratio has changed to 1:1 but it has not resolved the issue.
Any other suggestions to try thanks?

I came back from holiday to find i can no longer connect to my work VPN, which means I can't access a number of key systems. It worked fine before I left and my work IT department say this is a Sky issue. Looking at other posts in the forum this appears to be a recent common issue with the Sky Max hubs due to the rollout of MAP-T. It appears from reading other user's posts we need to have a post escalated to an expert so that we can be moved to a 1:1 mapping. If anyone could help us with this we would be appreciative? Many thanks.
I cannot connect my work laptop via VPN. Sky seem to have no idea how to fix it. Useless

I have ended up having to use a mobile sim at £10 a month in an existing mobile router setup that i had to get access to my work VPN, which at least allows me to temporarily access to my work systems that can only be accessed while connected to the VPN, but if a solution is not forthcoming from Sky then I will be going back to being a BT customer soon.

I upgraded my sky fibre and got the new max hub, I can now not connect to my works VPN (Forticlient) and netskope is also disabled due to errors, both worked perfect whilst I was on the old hub. wifi speeds are around 800mb and the broadband shield is disabled. Is there anything that could of caused this?
