Wiz frequency
Hiw do I get ny new Wiz plug to connect as I can't change the frequency on my sky hub?

@Sunnyday if you have a black Sky hub split tge wifi bands Split Sky WiFi bands
If you have axwhite hub you cant do that but usung the My Sky app go into the Hubs advanced settings and turn off tge 5GHz bandsIf for a few minutes attach the plug - really shouldn't need tomdo this as decent IOT kit can connectvtondualband SSIDs but whatever - then turn the 5GHz bandsIf back on and the plug should stay connected. Worth also chsnging the WiFi security setting in the same area of ghe app to WPA2 if it is currently WPA3-T
