Why won’t it let me upgrade to WiFi Max? I’ve tried several times since last week.
The reason for my upgrade is that the regular Sky WiFi doesn’t offer control over the kids’ access to the internet.
I found out that only with WiFi Max can we control what times of day the kids can be connected or disconnected from the internet.

Up until recently customers with more than a basic Q TV set up with one Q mini were excluded but they should be able to order but it may require a call.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Leo_G you always pay extra for tge WiFi Max bundle even if you are not in the groups I listed. Some of the groups excluded are straght technical issues including ADSL and the G.Fast service as the hub can't connect to either. The others are marketing issues but an agent will still not be able to place an order unfortunately.
