Without internet

It has been 6 days and my speeds are 3mbps or whatever it called engineer was supposed to come out yesterday never did and I'm paying £60 a month I need money back or something because this is wrong

@welshyNation you wont get any money back as compensation is only paid for total loss of servicexsee Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com but you should get some for a missed appointment

 

Yesterday's storm will have caused havoc in thecareas worse affected so that may explain the missed appointment. You can check online by looking innthe My Orders section of the My Sky app or website. Calling Sky is going to be a total pain as tge bad weather will,have caused loads of issues..
