@Julie1690 there is no national outage but inevitably yesterdays storms will have caused a lot of issues some affecting just one customer some affecting a number. The service checker in the My Sky app run over a mobile connection will tell you if Sky know about an issue affecting your line if itvdoesnt call them to report your problem which is going to be easier said than done.
