Will I get my full compensation for my delayed broadband as open reach keep cancelling my broadband installation without my permission just before the 30 day claim period is due?
I ordered it on 11/6/25 and they have now cancelled it twice . As far as I am concerned 11/6 is the date of my first contract but sky gave me a new slightly different contract when it was renewed.

Have you spoken to Sky about why your order keeps getting cancelled ?
You will not get the compensation credit until your broadband is up and running so it is to early to start to even think about this.

Re: Will I get my full delay compensation from open reach
Yes spoken to sky. They keep telling me they've sorted it but then they haven't as open reach cancel the job again. No one seems to know why it keeps getting cancelled. There is no logical reason why as far as I can see. Perhaps there would be more success if open reach had to sort out all complaints against them instead of passing the buck to the broadband providers.
