@ScottDocherty do you mean your Broadband keeps dropping or the WiFi connection in your home? Totally different issues the lights on the hub will tell you which it is see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
If you have a partial fibre connection using a copper phone line these are prone to issues especially in the very wet weather we are getting. The Service Checker in the My Sky app msy have picked up the issue and offer to book an engineer if it hasn't then call Sky. However in the end its down to Openreach as to whether they will check the line or not.
