Wi Fi is extremely poor
We recently changed from EE to Sky. We never had a problem with EE about connection, but now that we have sky its losing connection every other day and its going at half the speed.
why? Router was in the same position.
If its still like this we'll change back to EE

Re: Wi Fi is extremely poor
@Claud5 you have a 31 day cooling off period if you wish to cancel the switch without incurring charges. Is the issue the connection to the hub? If it is switching back to EE wont help as they will use the same line.
If however if the isdue is speeds over WiFi it could be asking Sky to supply an extender especially if you had extenders from EE before so you would be comparing like with like. However it does seem that some EE hubs do have better WiFi range than Sky's hubs. Assume you switched due to cost if so buying and using your own WiFi equipment may be a sensible so,ution. It need not be more complicated than connecting your kit to the Sky hub by Ethernet and turning off the hub's WiFi. My own kit has paid for itself several times over.
