Hi, I am having an issue with my broadband. The speed is 5mbps and I cannot watch the tv. There are no other devices connected to the WiFi other than my doorbell and Alexa etc. no phones or laptops or tablets. 
I have checked on the my sky app and there's no issues or anything. 
I am paying a lot of money every month and I cannot even watch the tv let alone, have more than 1 device connected. 
I explained this issue last year and I got a WiFi booster but this hasn't helped at all.
