@JimmyLee On what device? What broadband package are you using speed wise for the UHD connection!

Fibre 300. Using the sky puck (Sony tv). It'll often just say "wait for your programme to load" and then restart

@JimmyLee Would look on the sky Stream section for the puck and especially if everything else is going good for connection to the sky Hub you have and it's only a puck problem currently!
