Poor internet download !!!!!

My download was supposed to be **bleep** 120mbs and when im playing on my xbox or downloading a game or updating it the download speed is no more than like 30mbs sometimes jumps to 60 then down again !!!! And im paying 40pounds per month? Thisbis a joke !!!!

@Dawid96 if you are using WiFi thecrestriction is not likely to be ghe speed to the hub but rather the speed of the WiFi network in your home. The main factors affecting WiFi speedscsre ghe layout and type of condtruction of your home. Buying a home WiFi set up could be sensible assuming you can't use Ethernet to your gaming device.
