Re: Wifi
@helenmcp If you have the white Sky Max SR213 hub you cannot, but the black SR203 it is possible, which hub do you have!

Re: Wifi
@helenmcp Then you will not be able to split the wireless wi-fi ssid with the sky Max white hub that you have! Is there a particular problem with a device that is causing issues for you, most recent devices work fairly well with the single ssid operation, sometimes a little bit harder to get them connected, but you may be having an issue if using the WPA3-T security mode, and worth trying to drop it back to WPA2-PSK and you do have to do that with the app. Linked below if you need that!

Re: Wifi
It's my ring doorbell it's not working the way it should it takes a few seconds to go off after someone comes to the door and I'm sure it's something to do with the WiFi signal

Re: Wifi
@helenmcp The ring app, have a look at the device settings and then the RSSI value, got mine running at -42db but do have a powerline down at the area to ensure a good wireless wi-fi to the doorbell, found the original values up in the high -68db just did not cut it so made better wi-fi at the area! Never paid much attention to the time it takes for the picture to show up but pretty sure it is not instant, and i am not using the ring chime, wired it direct on my orignal doorbell chime to ring and power the battery!
