It's the main Sky Q box. The My Sky app says it's connected, but the tv says no Internet connection

@Bev33 From the opening you put this "This happens often with all WiFi devices in the house" so is this part NOT correct then to the sky hub, and it is just the loss of the Sky Q connection!
