Wifi
We had fibre broadband fitted on Wednesday however since Friday the WiFi has been dropping out every 15 minutes or so. This has been happening consistently the past 3 days meaning the telly also isn't working as we have this through Sky on WiFi too. Our concern is my partner works entirely from home so from tomorrow he won't be able to work with the WIFI crashing so frequently.
Any advice on why this is happening and how it can be prevented would be appreciated.
Thank you in advance

Re: Wifi
Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can
