I need to check engineer's appointment

I received a text saying Full Fibre was now available to us without any extra cost or change to our current contract. It stated that an AM appt had been made for today. I've had no further information from them. There's been no contact made today ( which I found odd). I have been trying to check if  we still have an appointment, but I'm going round in circles !!

@supergran2007 if the My Ordersxsection of the My Skybapp doesn't havecany information you will have to call Sky. Appoinmentscto fit fibre can changecwhen the local engineers receive the order from Sky.
