@Bridget- Was it something that you did to turn the wireless wi-fi off so you no longer see it!

My router box is displaying 2 green and 1 amber light , but when i checked wifi on 

MY sky app is says all should be working correctly

@Bridget- If it is the Internet light that is amber, then you will have a wi-fi connection on the device but you will have no Internet Broadband connection.

 

If you try to run the service checker link and see what happens, no joy with that then run the diagnostic service, and both need to be done over a mobile data connection as your broadband is down. links are below. The final link is all about the sky hubs.
