no connection between my tv and broadband tried everything it says on the tv through network setup turned all sockets off nd then turned back on put in my sky password still no connection
tried phoning the other night no success because i couldn't remeber my password So I actually have decided to leave sky after all these years customer service was terrible . Don.t know what else to try we cannot get catch up or anything
